About Us

This is a little about my personal life. My name is Aldo Morocho, 43 years old, and I was born in Peru. I am a father of three children. I am a member of the Franciscan family in the Catholic Church. I have volunteered as a soccer coach for six years. Since this year, I have started to referee soccer games for the youth. Professionally, I have fifteen years of experience in working as a Maintenance Technician in apartment communities. In addition, I have worked for six years independently as a Handyman in residential homes and commercial buildings, offering multiple services such as painting, drywall, plumbing, basic electrical, carpentry, appliances, and HVAC. I have a two year degree/certificate as an Appliance Technician level two. Also, I took plumbing, HVAC, and electrical courses in Los Medanos and Diablo Valley colleges.

     

    Vision

    Aldo’s Home Solution was offering services to the East Bay only. Now my goal is to expand my services to San Francisco and the Peninsula with a crew supervised by me. I am ready for this new challenge and to have the opportunity to welcome new customers who will benefit from my services. Offering a great quality, professional, and excellent services is my main work value. It is very satisfactory to provide services that produce smiles and happiness for my customers.

      Cancellation Policies

      This are our cancellation policies

      Customer cancels or re-schedules a service request after 24 hours prior to the scheduled start time. Customer will not be charged with any cancellation fees.

      Customer cancels or re-schedules a service request between 3 to 24 hours prior to the scheduled start time will pay a cancellation fee, which is $20.00.

      Customer cancels or re-schedules a service request 3 or less hours prior to the scheduled start time will pay a cancellation fee, which is 50% of the total service request charge.
